Leo Pickard is a gay and transgender San Francisco-based visual artist, animator, and musician. His work explores themes of interpersonal and intrapersonal connection and dynamics from an explicitly queer lens, his choice of modes ranging from narrative storytelling utilizing characters and a setting to more intangible and abstract forms of expression which are laden with symbolism.
He is currently in his junior year pursuing a BFA in animation at California College of the Arts.
